To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Important to note is that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All goods sold are non-exchangeable. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

Due to high demand, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is regularly updated. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your favorite items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.
